A GUIDE TO HOW TO MEASURE
1. Chest
Measure the chest around the fullest part, placing the tape close under the arms making sure the tape is well up behind the shoulder blades.
2. Life
Measure around your natural waist, where your waistband or belt usually fits (unless you wear your pants around your butt, then you'll just have to bend over to the side and see where it folds, it's your waist).
3. Inner leg
Measure from the top of the inside leg to the crotch to where the hem of the pants should sit on the shoe / bottom of the ankle, alternatively you can measure a pant that fits you.
4. Arm
It is taken from the point of the neck (the seam of the collar at the shoulder line) along the shoulder and along the outer sleeve to the wrist.
