If you are not completely thrilled with your purchase for any reason we will offer you a full refund within 30 days of purchase, excluding shipping and handling. * Certain restrictions apply:BOSSKAYAK does not accept returns on gear that has been used or has had non-factory modifications, used kayaks, discontinued/discontinued items and special orders.


We will process your return within 7-10 business days of receiving it and apply a credit to your original payment method. You will receive an email from us when this is complete. We do not refund shipping/handling charges.

Online Exchange Policy

Need to change? We do not currently offer direct exchanges. You may return the product within 30 days for a full credit and re-order the replacement item.

Exchanges does not send trades automatically. You can reorder at any time as these are two separate transactions.

Need to file a complaint? carries many different products from dozens of different manufacturers. BOSSKAYAK aims to only represent products from companies that warrant their products. Warranties vary by product and manufacture. Many manufacturers manage their warranties in house and others manage them through us. BOSSKAYAK is here to help you as long as your product was purchased through We ask you to keep your sales receipt and email as proof of your purchase!
