Online Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Bosskayak.eu for any reason, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, excluding return shipping costs, which range from €9 to €19 for equipment and clothing, and from €80 to €290 for kayaks under 3 meters in length.
"Discounted/clearance item – not eligible for return or exchange pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code. Please purchase mindfully."
Some restrictions apply to returns and exchanges: Bosskayak does not accept returns for equipment that has been used or modified (non-factory), used kayaks, clearance/discounted items, and special or custom orders.
Refunds
We will process your return within 7-10 business days of receipt and issue a credit to your original payment method. You will receive an email from us when this process is complete. Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
Online Exchange Policy
Need to make an exchange? At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the product within 14 days for a full credit and place a new order for the replacement item.
Exchanges
Bosskayak.eu does not automatically send exchanges. You can reorder at any time, as it is treated as two separate transactions.

Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. Some manufacturers handle warranties directly, while others manage them through us.
