Shipping policy

Shipping in Italy:

  • Free shipping for orders over 49 euros on all equipment and clothing, including kayaks and paddles.

International Shipping within the EU:

  • Free shipping for orders over 100 euros to all Central and Western European countries (Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Liechtenstein, Netherlands, Portugal, Luxembourg, San Marino, Slovenia, Malta, Monaco) on equipment and clothing, excluding kayaks and paddles.

For purchases under 100 euros, a flat shipping fee of 19 euros applies..

  • Free shipping for orders over 100 euros to all Northern and Eastern European countries (Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Moldova, Romania, Hungary) on equipment and clothing, excluding kayaks and paddles.

For purchases under 100 euros, a flat shipping fee of 19 euros applies.

Delivery:

Delivery is handled by couriers such as BRT, DPD, GLS, or other third-party shipping services, especially for international shipments. Delivery is guaranteed within 5-10 days from dispatch, barring severe road conditions within the national territory. Orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Upon receiving the goods, please carefully verify:

  • That the number of parcels received matches the number indicated on the delivery note.
  • That the packaging is intact and corresponds to the items listed on the delivery note.

If any of the above conditions are not met, it is important to immediately report the issue to the carrier by clearly stating on the courier's document the phrase: received with reservation. Once the courier's document is signed, no claims regarding the external characteristics of the delivered items will be accepted. It is helpful to take photos of the shipment and any potential damages.
