Shipping policy
Shipping within Italy:
- Free for orders over €50 on all equipment and clothing, including kayaks and paddles.
Shipping abroad within the EU or Schengen area (we do not ship to areas subject to customs and duties, and we do not offer tax-free sales).
- Free for orders over €100 — all countries in Central and Western Europe (Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Liechtenstein, Netherlands, Portugal, Luxembourg, San Marino, Slovenia, Malta, Monaco) on equipment and clothing, excluding kayaks and paddles.
- Free for orders over €500 — all Eastern European countries: Poland, Albania, Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, Montenegro, Slovakia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Moldova, Romania, Serbia, Hungary, North Macedonia, Bulgaria.
- Free for orders over €600 — Denmark, Finland, Ireland.
Kayaks and paddles are excluded from the free shipping rates. Request a quote by sending an email to info@bosskayak.eu
Delivery:
Delivery is handled by the couriers BRT, DPD, GLS or other shipping services, including third parties — especially for international deliveries — which guarantee receipt of the goods within 5–10 days of dispatch, barring serious disruptions to transport within the country. Any orders placed at the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the first following working day.
On receipt of the goods, please check carefully: that the number of parcels received matches the number stated on the transport document, and that the packaging of the goods received is intact and corresponds to the goods listed on the transport document.
Should either of the above conditions not be met, it is important to dispute the delivery with the carrier immediately, clearly writing on the courier's document to be signed the wording: received subject to inspection ("ricevuta con riserva"). Once the courier's document has been signed, no further complaint may be raised regarding the outward appearance of what has been delivered. It is helpful to take photos of the shipment and of any damage.
