Shipping policy
Shipping within Italy:
- Free for orders over €50 on all equipment and clothing.
Shipping to EU Countries:
- Free for orders over €100 to all central and western European countries (Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Liechtenstein, Netherlands, Portugal, Luxembourg, San Marino, Slovenia, Malta, Monaco) on equipment and clothing, excluding kayaks and paddles.

Delivery: Orders are shipped via BRT, DPD, GLS or other third-party courier services, particularly for international deliveries. Delivery is guaranteed within 5–10 days from the date of dispatch, subject to any major disruptions to the national road network. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Upon receiving your order, please carefully check that: the number of packages received matches the number indicated on the delivery document, and that the packaging is intact and corresponds to the items listed on the delivery document.
If either of the above conditions is not met, it is essential to raise an immediate dispute with the courier by clearly writing "received under reservation" on the courier's document before signing. Once the delivery document has been signed without reservation, no further claims regarding the external condition of the goods can be made. It is also advisable to take photos of the shipment and of any damage at the time of delivery.
