The construction is extremely robust thanks to VCS (Vacuum Composite System) technology, an advanced vacuum lamination system that represents the state of the art in the production of ultralight and high-strength kayaks.

In this process, high-quality materials such as carbon, aramid, diolen, and sandwich core are dry-laid in the mold. The vacuum completely removes air from the materials and allows epoxy resin to penetrate evenly, ensuring a compact and high-performance structure.

Subsequently, each kayak is cured in an oven, increasing the thermal and structural resistance of the resin. The result is a construction that offers up to 20% more strength and a 5% weight reduction compared to traditional LCS technology.
